Je vous prie de trouver ci-joint l'appel à proposition favorisant des
échanges et des collaborations scientifiques et universitaires entre
l'université de Berkeley et les instituts de recherche et
d'enseignement supérieur français. Les candidatures sont acceptées
dans tous les domaines- Lettres, Sciences Sociales, Sciences Exactes,
Sciences Appliquées ou Sciences de l'Ingénieur.

Les projets doivent être soumis conjointement par un professeur ou un
chercheur titularisé de UC Berkeley, de UC Davis, ou du Lawrence
Berkeley National Laboratory et par un professeur ou un chercheur
titularisé d'un institut public de recherche ou d'une institution

The France-Berkeley Fund promotes scholarly exchanges between:
French institutions of higher education and research centers and the
University of California, Berkeley, the University of California,
Davis and the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Through its
annual grant competition, the FBF provides seed-money for innovative,
bi-national collaborative research. Successful applications bring
together senior and junior research teams in a variety of ways,
including joint research projects, workshops, conferences, and
exchanges of researchers in laboratories.

Applications are now being accepted in any field of research
(humanities, social sciences, exact sciences, applied sciences,
engineering) for the 2012 grant program.

The selected projects will be funded to a maximum of US $10,000 per
year. All projects must be initiated within six months of the date of
award, and completed within one year of the date of initiation.
Previous recipients of FBF awards can reapply two years after
completion of their collaboration. However, such reapplications must
be with a new partner for a new project.
